Desde la app (lo más rápido)
Abre BILMA, ve a la pestaña Tú → Borrar mi cuenta y confirma. Se borra al momento.
Sin la app
Si ya no tienes la app, escribe a info@bilma.app desde el correo con el que te registraste, con el asunto «Borrar mi cuenta de BILMA». Borraremos la cuenta en un máximo de 30 días y te lo confirmaremos por correo.
Qué se borra
- Tu cuenta y tu acceso (correo y contraseña).
- Tu perfil: nombre, fecha de nacimiento e idioma.
- Tus rutinas y tus tareas personales.
- El identificador de notificaciones de tu móvil.
Qué se conserva
Las tareas que compartías con tu pareja se quedan en su BILMA, sin tu nombre, para que no las pierda. Si eras la única persona en tu BILMA, se borra entera. Algunos datos pueden seguir un tiempo limitado en copias de seguridad hasta que se sobrescriben. Más detalles en la política de privacidad.
Delete your BILMA account
In the app (fastest)
Open BILMA, go to the You tab → Delete my account and confirm. It's deleted immediately.
Without the app
If you no longer have the app, write to info@bilma.app from the email address you signed up with, with the subject “Delete my BILMA account”. We'll delete the account within 30 days and confirm by email.
What is deleted
- Your account and sign-in (email and password).
- Your profile: name, date of birth and language.
- Your routines and personal tasks.
- Your phone's notification identifier.
What is kept
Tasks you shared with your partner stay in their BILMA, without your name, so they don't lose them. If you were the only person in your BILMA, it's deleted entirely. Some data may remain for a limited time in backups until they are overwritten. More details in the privacy policy.
Supprimer ton compte BILMA
Depuis l’app (le plus rapide)
Ouvre BILMA, va dans l’onglet Toi → Supprimer mon compte et confirme. Le compte est supprimé immédiatement.
Sans l’app
Si tu n’as plus l’app, écris à info@bilma.app depuis l’adresse e-mail utilisée pour t’inscrire, avec l’objet « Supprimer mon compte BILMA ». Nous supprimerons le compte sous 30 jours maximum et te le confirmerons par e-mail.
Ce qui est supprimé
- Ton compte et ton accès (e-mail et mot de passe).
- Ton profil : prénom, date de naissance et langue.
- Tes routines et tes tâches personnelles.
- L’identifiant de notifications de ton téléphone.
Ce qui est conservé
Les tâches que tu partageais avec ton/ta partenaire restent dans sa BILMA, sans ton prénom, pour qu’il ou elle ne les perde pas. Si tu étais la seule personne dans ta BILMA, elle est supprimée entièrement. Certaines données peuvent rester un temps limité dans des sauvegardes jusqu’à ce qu’elles soient écrasées. Dein BILMA-Konto löschen

Öffne BILMA, geh zum Tab Du → Mein Konto löschen und bestätige. Das Konto wird sofort gelöscht.
Ohne die App
Wenn du die App nicht mehr hast, schreib an info@bilma.app von der E-Mail-Adresse, mit der du dich registriert hast, mit dem Betreff „Mein BILMA-Konto löschen“. Wir löschen das Konto innerhalb von höchstens 30 Tagen und bestätigen es dir per E-Mail.
Was gelöscht wird
- Dein Konto und deine Anmeldedaten (E-Mail und Passwort).
- Dein Profil: Name, Geburtsdatum und Sprache.
- Deine Routinen und persönlichen Aufgaben.
- Die Benachrichtigungskennung deines Handys.
Was erhalten bleibt
Aufgaben, die du mit deinem Partner geteilt hast, bleiben in seiner bzw. ihrer BILMA, ohne deinen Namen, damit sie nicht verloren gehen. Wenn du die einzige Person in deiner BILMA warst, wird sie vollständig gelöscht. Einige Daten können für begrenzte Zeit in Sicherungskopien verbleiben, bis diese überschrieben werden. Apri BILMA, vai alla scheda Tu → Elimina il mio account e conferma. Viene eliminato subito.
Senza l’app
Se non hai più l’app, scrivi a info@bilma.app dall’indirizzo email con cui ti sei registrato, con oggetto «Elimina il mio account BILMA». Elimineremo l’account entro 30 giorni e te lo confermeremo via email.
Cosa viene eliminato
- Il tuo account e l’accesso (email e password).
- Il tuo profilo: nome, data di nascita e lingua.
- Le tue routine e le attività personali.
- L’identificativo per le notifiche del tuo telefono.
Cosa resta
Le attività che condividevi con il tuo partner restano nella sua BILMA, senza il tuo nome, perché non le perda. Se eri l’unica persona nella tua BILMA, viene eliminata del tutto. As tarefas que partilhavas com o teu par ficam na BILMA dele, sem o teu nome, para que não as perca. Se eras a única pessoa na tua BILMA, é eliminada por completo. Alguns dados podem ficar durante um tempo limitado nas cópias de segurança até serem substituídas. Mais detalhes na política de privacidade.
Usuń swoje konto BILMA
W aplikacji (najszybciej)
Otwórz BILMA, przejdź do zakładki Ty → Usuń moje konto i potwierdź. Konto zostanie usunięte od razu.
Bez aplikacji
Jeśli nie masz już aplikacji, napisz na info@bilma.app z adresu e-mail, którego użyto przy rejestracji, z tematem „Usuń moje konto BILMA”. Usuniemy konto w ciągu 30 dni i potwierdzimy to e-mailem.

Co zostaje
Zadania wspólne z partnerem zostają w jego BILMA, bez twojego imienia, żeby ich nie stracił. Jeśli byłeś(-aś) jedyną osobą w swojej BILMA, zostaje ona usunięta w całości.
